Are you organized and detail-oriented? We need a Warehouse Worker to contribute to a fast-paced environment. You'll play a vital role in receiving, storing, and shipping a diverse range of products.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a role requiring organizational skills and maintaining order is a plus.
- The candidate should have a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in all warehouse operations.
- Prior experience in a role requiring interpersonal communication and teamwork is a plus.
- We are seeking someone who is capable of performing physical labor, such as lifting and moving heavy objects, for extended periods of time.
- The candidate must be results-oriented and have the ability to find solutions in challenging situations.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to a safe and functional work environment by keeping the warehouse clean, organized, and reporting equipment malfunctions.
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to move, stack, and retrieve products efficiently.
- Unpack incoming goods, perform visual inspections for quality, and document any damages or defects discovered.
- Participate in team discussions to identify opportunities for improving overall warehouse operational efficiency.
- Verify incoming products against documentation, identifying any deviations and notifying supervisors for resolution.
- Sort and label products according to their type and designated storage location within the warehouse.
- Perform inventory checks to ensure accurate stock levels and implement stock rotation to maintain product freshness.
- Gather and verify the accuracy (quantity, quality) of products for outgoing shipments based on customer orders.
- Prioritize safety by using proper techniques and equipment, and reporting any potential hazards within the warehouse.
Additional requirements
- A valid passport for at least 2 years.
- Conversational proficiency in English.
- Age up to 60 years.
- Diploma/certificate (optional).
Accommodation and support
You will be met at the airport or bus station. Afterward, you will be accommodated in a hostel, apartment, or house, depending on what the employer rents for the workers. You will be provided with work clothes for free and transportation to work.
