Job description:
Join our dynamic team as a Greenhouse Worker, focusing on cucumber processing. Your duties will involve maintaining plant health, managing irrigation, and overseeing the harvest and packaging of cucumbers.
Requirements:
- Ability to work in a greenhouse environment
- Commitment to reliability and consistency in fulfilling assigned harvesting tasks
- Initiative to report any issues or concerns with crop quality or greenhouse conditions
- Punctuality and reliability for scheduled work hours
- Environmental consciousness to minimize waste and promote sustainable farming practices
Responsibilities:
- Contributing to the overall success and productivity of the greenhouse operation.
- Adhering to food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure product quality and safety.
- Following instructions and guidelines provided by greenhouse management or supervisors.
- Sorting cucumbers based on size, color, and quality standards.
- Stacking and organizing packed containers for storage or shipping.
Additional requirements
- A valid passport for at least 2 years.
- Intermediate English.
- Age up to 60 years.
Accommodation and support
You will be met at the airport or bus station. Afterward, you will be accommodated in a hostel, apartment, or house, depending on what the employer rents for the workers. You will be provided with work clothes for free and transportation to work.
