Job description:
We are seeking a dedicated Security Guard to protect our assets and personnel. The role involves patrolling the premises, observing for suspicious activities, and providing assistance during emergencies.
Requirements:
- Physical fitness and ability to stand or walk for long periods
- Understanding of legal responsibilities and limitations as a security guard
- Knowledge of first aid and emergency response procedures (preferred but not required)
- Conflict resolution skills to defuse tense situations
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining confidentiality and discretion regarding sensitive information or security matters.
- Collaborating with law enforcement agencies, fire departments, and other emergency responders when necessary.
- Monitoring and controlling access to restricted areas or sensitive information.
- Conducting security checks of buildings, gates, doors, and windows to ensure they are properly secured.
- Escorting employees, visitors, or contractors to and from designated areas as needed.
