Our company is hiring a Security Guard to help maintain a secure environment. The role includes patrolling the premises, checking for security breaches, and responding promptly to incidents. Additional responsibilities involve interacting with the public, managing parking areas, and supporting emergency response efforts. Candidates should have excellent attention to detail, good physical fitness, and relevant security certifications.
Requirements:
- Conflict resolution skills to defuse tense situations
- Attention to detail in reporting incidents or suspicious activities
- Basic knowledge of security procedures and protocols
- Knowledge of first aid and emergency response procedures (preferred but not required)
- Strong observation skills
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with emergency response procedures, including evacuations, first aid, or crisis management.
- Conducting vehicle patrols of parking lots or other outdoor areas to prevent theft or vandalism.
- Conducting investigations into security incidents or policy violations as directed.
- Monitoring surveillance cameras, alarm systems, and other security equipment to ensure premises are secure.
- Writing detailed reports documenting security incidents, observations, and actions taken.
