Responsibilities:
- Keeping records of guest accounts and transactions.
- Keeping updated on hotel promotions, events, and special offers.
- Providing assistance to guests with special needs or requests.
- Handling guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Answering phone calls, taking messages, and transferring calls to appropriate departments.
Additional requirements
- A valid passport for at least 2 years.
- Intermediate English.
- Age up to 60 years.
Accommodation and support
You will be met at the airport or bus station. Afterward, you will be accommodated in a hostel, apartment, or house, depending on what the employer rents for the workers. You will be provided with work clothes for free and transportation to work.
