Job description:
We are hiring a Greenhouse Worker with a focus on cucumber processing. Key tasks include monitoring plant growth, implementing pest control measures, and coordinating the harvest and shipment of cucumbers.
Requirements:
- Eagerness to work efficiently and contribute to the success of the cucumber harvesting operation
- Commitment to following food safety protocols during harvesting and handling processes
- Ability to work efficiently to meet production quotas
- Physical stamina for repetitive tasks
- Communication skills to coordinate with supervisors and fellow workers
Responsibilities:
- Sorting cucumbers based on size, color, and quality standards.
- Stacking and organizing packed containers for storage or shipping.
- Communicating any feedback or suggestions for improving harvesting processes.
- Adhering to food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure product quality and safety.
- Participating in training sessions or workshops to improve harvesting techniques and skills.
Additional requirements
- A valid passport for at least 2 years.
- Intermediate English.
- Age up to 60 years.
Accommodation and support
You will be met at the airport or bus station. Afterward, you will be accommodated in a hostel, apartment, or house, depending on what the employer rents for the workers. You will be provided with work clothes for free and transportation to work.
