Job description:
In the role of Mobile Crane Operator, you will operate mobile cranes on various job sites, ensuring safe and accurate lifting and positioning of materials. You will be responsible for inspecting the crane before use, calculating load weights, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Strong problem-solving skills and flexibility are required.
Requirements:
- Good vision and hearing.
- Knowledge of signal and warning devices.
- Ability to perform basic vehicle maintenance.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with appropriate endorsements.
Responsibilities:
- Report any malfunctions or issues immediately.
- Ensure the work area is safe and clear of hazards.
- Ensure proper setup and positioning of the crane.
- Communicate with the ground crew.
- Conduct site assessments for crane operations.
Additional requirements
- A valid passport for at least 2 years.
- Intermediate English.
- Age up to 60 years.
Accommodation and support
You will be met at the airport or bus station. Afterward, you will be accommodated in a hostel, apartment, or house, depending on what the employer rents for the workers. You will be provided with work clothes for free and transportation to work.
