Job description:
Join us as an Overhead Crane Operator, where you'll be responsible for operating overhead cranes in industrial settings, such as warehouses or manufacturing plants. Your role involves moving heavy materials, monitoring crane operations for safety, and performing routine equipment checks. Precision and adherence to safety standards are crucial.
Requirements:
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with appropriate endorsements.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to perform pre-operation and post-operation inspections.
- Ability to work long and irregular hours.
- Knowledge of signal and warning devices.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Follow signals and instructions from the ground crew.
- Conduct site assessments for crane operations.
- Participate in safety meetings and training.
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs.
Additional requirements
- A valid passport for at least 2 years.
- Intermediate English.
- Age up to 60 years.
Accommodation and support
You will be met at the airport or bus station. Afterward, you will be accommodated in a hostel, apartment, or house, depending on what the employer rents for the workers. You will be provided with work clothes for free and transportation to work.
