Job description:
Looking for a caring and reliable Care Assistant to make a positive difference in the lives of people with disabilities by assisting with daily living activities and promoting their well-being.
Requirements:
- Ability to assist with personal hygiene
- Problem-solving skills
- Physical stamina
- Ability to handle emergency situations
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
Responsibilities:
- Communicating effectively with the person with disabilities and their support network.
- Collaborating with other caregivers, healthcare professionals, and support services to coordinate care.
- Assisting with medical treatments and therapies as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
- Upholding confidentiality and privacy in all aspects of care.
- Assisting with communication, including using alternative communication methods if needed.
Additional requirements
- A valid passport for at least 2 years.
- Intermediate English.
- Age up to 60 years.
Accommodation and support
You will be met at the airport or bus station. Afterward, you will be accommodated in a hostel, apartment, or house, depending on what the employer rents for the workers. You will be provided with work clothes for free and transportation to work.
