As a Bolt Courier, you'll be responsible for delivering packages to customers quickly and efficiently using your bike or scooter. Your role involves navigating city streets, managing delivery routes, and ensuring timely arrivals while providing excellent customer service. You'll also handle payment transactions and address any issues or inquiries from customers.

- Handling passenger inquiries or concerns professionally and resolving them promptly.
- Ensuring the vehicle is properly maintained and in good working condition.
- Providing exceptional customer service and representing the BOLT brand positively.
- Safely operating a delivery vehicle to transport passengers or goods to designated locations.
