Job description:
We need a patient and understanding Care Assistant to join our team and provide personalized care to individuals with disabilities, helping them achieve their goals and maximize their independence.
Requirements:
- Ability to follow care plans
- Experience in caregiving
- Time management skills
- Ability to lift and move patients
- Ability to work under pressure
Responsibilities:
- Engaging in activities and hobbies that promote physical and mental well-being.
- Respecting the person with disabilities' autonomy and choices.
- Administering medications according to prescribed schedules and dosages.
- Providing assistance with financial management, bill payment, and appointment scheduling as needed.
- Ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for the person with disabilities at all times.
Additional requirements
- A valid passport for at least 2 years.
- Intermediate English.
- Age up to 60 years.
Accommodation and support
You will be met at the airport or bus station. Afterward, you will be accommodated in a hostel, apartment, or house, depending on what the employer rents for the workers. You will be provided with work clothes for free and transportation to work.
