Job description:
Join our team as a CCTV Operator! We need a vigilant and proactive individual to oversee our security cameras, ensure the safety of our property, and respond swiftly to any incidents. Experience with surveillance technology is a plus.
Requirements:
- Customer service skills for responding to inquiries or concerns from clients or employees
- Excellent communication skills to relay information to security personnel or authorities
- Ability to analyze security footage and identify potential security threats or breaches
- Good judgment and decision-making abilities in assessing security threats
- Training and certification in security monitoring systems (preferred but not required)
Responsibilities:
- Dispatching security personnel or emergency responders to incidents or emergencies as needed.
- Providing assistance and support to on-site security personnel during incidents or emergencies.
- Providing guidance and support to on-site security personnel regarding security procedures and protocols.
- Collaborating with other members of the security team to ensure comprehensive coverage and response.
- Keeping abreast of developments in security technology and best practices for monitoring and response.
