Job description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented CCTV Operator to monitor and maintain our security surveillance system. The ideal candidate will ensure the safety and security of our premises by observing live and recorded video feeds, reporting any suspicious activities, and maintaining accurate logs.
Requirements:
- Strong observation skills to detect suspicious activities or security breaches
- Understanding of privacy laws and regulations regarding surveillance
- Ability to analyze security footage and identify potential security threats or breaches
- Commitment to maintaining a high level of professionalism and diligence in monitoring duties.
- Customer service skills for responding to inquiries or concerns from clients or employees
Responsibilities:
- Keeping abreast of developments in security technology and best practices for monitoring and response.
- Notifying appropriate authorities or stakeholders of significant security incidents or breaches.
- Troubleshooting technical issues with surveillance equipment or software as needed.
- Communicating with on-site security personnel, supervisors, and external agencies to coordinate response efforts.
- Following established protocols and procedures for responding to different types of security incidents.
