Job description:
We are seeking a dedicated CCTV Operator to monitor our security system and protect our assets. The role involves observing camera footage, identifying potential threats, and collaborating with the security team to maintain a safe environment.
Requirements:
- Training and certification in security monitoring systems (preferred but not required)
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software for monitoring purposes
- Customer service skills for responding to inquiries or concerns from clients or employees
- Technical aptitude for troubleshooting and resolving issues with monitoring equipment
- Proficiency in operating security monitoring systems, such as CCTV cameras and alarms
Responsibilities:
- Keeping abreast of developments in security technology and best practices for monitoring and response.
- Collaborating with other members of the security team to ensure comprehensive coverage and response.
- Conducting regular checks of security equipment and systems to ensure proper functioning.
- Dispatching security personnel or emergency responders to incidents or emergencies as needed.
- Providing assistance and support to on-site security personnel during incidents or emergencies.
