Job description:
Looking for an experienced Greenhouse Worker to manage cucumber cultivation. Responsibilities encompass all stages of cucumber growth, from planting and fertilizing to harvesting and quality control.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with different cucumber varieties and their harvesting requirements
- Initiative to report any issues or concerns with crop quality or greenhouse conditions
- Respect for plants and agricultural practices
- Commitment to following food safety protocols during harvesting and handling processes
- Willingness to adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure personal and team safety
Responsibilities:
- Removing any debris or foreign objects from harvested cucumbers.
- Identifying and addressing any problems or challenges related to cucumber harvesting.
- Stacking and organizing packed containers for storage or shipping.
- Contributing to the overall success and productivity of the greenhouse operation.
- Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the greenhouse workspace.
Additional requirements
- A valid passport for at least 2 years.
- Intermediate English.
- Age up to 60 years.
Accommodation and support
You will be met at the airport or bus station. Afterward, you will be accommodated in a hostel, apartment, or house, depending on what the employer rents for the workers. You will be provided with work clothes for free and transportation to work.
