Job description:
Join our dynamic team as a Greenhouse Worker, focusing on cucumber processing. Your duties will involve maintaining plant health, managing irrigation, and overseeing the harvest and packaging of cucumbers.
Requirements:
- Commitment to following food safety protocols during harvesting and handling processes
- Flexibility to perform additional tasks as needed, such as pruning or cleaning
- Eagerness to work efficiently and contribute to the success of the cucumber harvesting operation
- Ability to work efficiently to meet production quotas
- Knowledge of proper harvesting techniques to avoid damage to plants
Responsibilities:
- Cleaning and sanitizing harvesting tools and equipment after use.
- Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the greenhouse workspace.
- Maintaining a positive attitude and teamwork mindset while working with colleagues.
- Handling harvested cucumbers with care to avoid damage or bruising.
- Identifying and addressing any problems or challenges related to cucumber harvesting.
Additional requirements
- A valid passport for at least 2 years.
- Intermediate English.
- Age up to 60 years.
Accommodation and support
You will be met at the airport or bus station. Afterward, you will be accommodated in a hostel, apartment, or house, depending on what the employer rents for the workers. You will be provided with work clothes for free and transportation to work.
