Job description:
Join our fast-paced warehouse team and keep our supply chain moving! We're looking for a motivated Warehouse Worker to play a key role in receiving, storing, and shipping products.
Requirements:
- We are seeking someone who can manage their time and space effectively, as well as keep the warehouse clean and organized.
- It is crucial that the candidate is resourceful and can independently resolve problems that occur.
- The candidate should possess good physical fitness to handle the physical demands of working in a warehouse.
- We are seeking someone who can clearly and concisely express their thoughts both verbally and in writing.
- Prior experience in a role requiring precision and attention to detail is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to a safe and functional work environment by keeping the warehouse clean, organized, and reporting equipment malfunctions.
- Adhere to all safety regulations while working in the warehouse to maintain a safe and healthy environment for everyone.
- Maintain a well-organized storage system by sorting and labeling products in their proper locations.
- Gather and verify the accuracy (quantity, quality) of products for outgoing shipments based on customer orders.
- Unpack incoming goods, perform visual inspections for quality, and document any damages or defects discovered.
- Verify incoming products against documentation, identifying any deviations and notifying supervisors for resolution.
- Collaborate with the team to identify areas for process improvement within the warehouse, aiming for increased efficiency.
- Operate various warehouse machinery (forklifts, etc.) to efficiently move, lift, and organize products for storage or shipment.
- Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate records of product levels to prevent stock-outs.
Additional requirements
- A valid passport for at least 2 years.
- Conversational proficiency in English.
- Age up to 60 years.
- Diploma/certificate (optional).
Accommodation and support
You will be met at the airport or bus station. Afterward, you will be accommodated in a hostel, apartment, or house, depending on what the employer rents for the workers. You will be provided with work clothes for free and transportation to work.
