Become part of the backbone of our business! We're searching for a Warehouse Worker to join our team. This role is crucial for ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a role requiring organizational skills and maintaining order is a plus.
- We are seeking someone who can clearly and concisely express their thoughts both verbally and in writing.
- The candidate should have a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in all warehouse operations.
- We are seeking someone who is capable of performing physical labor, such as lifting and moving heavy objects, for extended periods of time.
- Prior experience in a role requiring problem-solving and decision-making skills is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Check deliveries against paperwork to ensure they match the order and report any missing or incorrect items.
- Adhere to all safety regulations while working in the warehouse to maintain a safe and healthy environment for everyone.
- Assemble and prepare products for shipping, ensuring they match the order specifications and are ready for dispatch.
- Maintain a well-organized storage system by sorting and labeling products in their proper locations.
- Unpack deliveries, inspect items for damage or defects, and record any issues for further action.
- Work with colleagues to brainstorm and implement ways to streamline warehouse procedures and reduce costs.
- Utilize warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) to safely transport, stack, and access products within the warehouse.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment by participating in housekeeping tasks and reporting any equipment issues.
- Track product quantities through regular inventory counts and report discrepancies to maintain stock accuracy.
Additional requirements
- A valid passport for at least 2 years.
- Conversational proficiency in English.
- Age up to 60 years.
- Diploma/certificate (optional).
Accommodation and support
You will be met at the airport or bus station. Afterward, you will be accommodated in a hostel, apartment, or house, depending on what the employer rents for the workers. You will be provided with work clothes for free and transportation to work.
