ILS GARANT was established in 2016 as the Temporary Employment Agency ILS GARANT. From the very beginning, the company provided services in the HR industry. Like many enterprises established at that time, we focused on recruiting employees from Ukraine and other CIS countries to work in Poland. The recruitment of foreigners also forced us to quickly acquire knowledge in the field of legalizing the stay and work of our foreign employees. Very soon, other companies began to commission us with the tasks of legalizing the work of foreigners employed directly in their companies, hence very good specialists in this field appeared in our company.
In 2016, our company entered into the first large contract to find qualified workers for a shipyard in the city of Gdansk. Our company very quickly became a leader among all labor supply agencies; we employed specialists such as welders, grinders, fitters, crane operators, sandblasters and other specialists. We carefully selected candidates, assessing their skills, work experience and compliance with the company's requirements. Cooperation with us allowed the plant to minimize the time spent on searching and hiring personnel, which in turn increased production efficiency.
In 2017, our company decided to expand its activities beyond the headquarters, taking its first steps in the domestic market. Branches in Katowice and Gdansk became the first points of our expansion. Also this year we opened our first foreign office in Zaporozhye, Ukraine. In 2018, we continued our international expansion, bringing in our first group of employees from India, Nepal and Bangladesh. This move has helped strengthen our global presence and expand our talent base. Since 2019, our focus has shifted to the Southeast Asia and Oceania market. We have successfully completed recruitment projects from the Philippines and Indonesia, allowing us to diversify our talent pool and ensure a high level of professionalism in our teams.
In 2020, our company entered the new year with innovative ideas, offering improved methods for candidate search. Within the company, we implemented cutting-edge solutions aimed at optimizing internal recruitment processes and ensuring convenience for both candidates and employees. Our strategic directions also included a model for delegating foreign workers to the European Union. We focused our efforts on developing the recruitment department in Asia, all while not forgetting the roots of our company - the recruitment of qualified employees from the East. Simultaneously, we actively worked on the legalization of residence and employment for foreign specialists. Our approach to innovations in the field of personnel recruitment is aimed at creating a modern and flexible system that meets the needs of both companies and job seekers, facilitating effective interaction on a global scale.
In 2021, we continued developing the recruitment of workers from Asia direction. Due to the changing trend and outflow of workers from Ukraine to Western EU countries, recruitment from Asia proved to be extremely effective and attractive for Polish employers. In 2021, we no longer had to prove the benefits of Asian workers to Polish employers, but focused on covering the growing needs of the Polish economy in skilled labor force from Asia.
Worksol Group is growing and developing. We opened our own office in Dubai. We started recruiting employees for more and more important and demanding projects. We have expanded our activities - now we also hire candidates from different countries in Western Europe - Belgium, the Netherlands, and Germany.
In 2023, our company opened branches in Lithuania and began actively developing the Lithuanian recruitment market, offering high-quality services in personnel selection and the legalization of foreign workers. In 2024, we expanded our operations by opening branches in the Czech Republic and Hungary, strengthening our presence in Central Europe and meeting the needs of local companies for skilled professionals. Additionally, in 2024, a branch was opened in Dubai, which became a key hub for recruiting and selecting employees from Asian and Middle Eastern countries. This step reinforced our position on the international stage, providing clients with access to a broader talent pool and ensuring high-quality service at every stage of recruitment and employment.
For 2025, we plan to open European branches in Slovakia, Slovenia, Croatia, and Romania, as well as expand our presence in Asia by establishing offices in countries such as Saudi Arabia, Bangladesh, Nepal, India, and the Philippines.
We continue to grow and strive to deliver top-quality services, strengthening our positions in the international market.
